Carriage costs are calculated according to your order
and the destination of the goods.

For delivery addresses in France inland, all parcels
weighing less than 30 kg (4 st 6 oz) are taken care of by the French
post through a system called Colissimo Suivi. This system ensures
delivery within 2 working days maximum. Please note that all parcels are
sent from Brest, Brittany.
To receive your parcel(s) you have to sign an
acknowledgement of receipt. Should you not be there when the goods are
being delivered, a note is left in your letter box ; you can then
collect your parcel(s) from the nearest post office.

A: No, we don't. Our catalogue is on the website,
which makes it easier for us to change any information. Not only is it

weight of the goods you have ordered, the destination and the carrier.

A: Yes, you can. This means of payment can be chosen

| Q: Can I pay Cash on Delivery ? |

A: No, you cannot. We only accept payments by cheque,
credit card and transfer.

| A: No, we don't. Payment is
due before delivery. |
| Q: What are the delivery deadlines ? |

A: For products in store and delivery addresses in
France (including Corsica and Monaco but excluding overseas territories),
the deadline is usually of 3 working days. However, we may be
temporarily out of stock; in that case our team will keep you updated on
the delivery deadline that can be met.

you only give your credit card details to our bank in a ciphered manner.

Payment by cheque :
All you have to do is print out the last page of your
order detailing the goods and send it in the post with your cheque to

Please write your cheque in the name of "Rush
SA" and bear in mind that we accept payment in Euros and French
Francs only.
Your order will be dispatched on receipt of your
cheque, which makes the whole process a little longer than payment by
